Every stay less than 6 nights during week are upgrated of 1 season.

Children rates are available only with direct reservation by email, and are not available for every on line reservation

Reservation & Cancellation policy :

For all reservation, the amount of 30 % will be required.
The booking will be confirmed only when this amount will be received.

Cancellation policy :

The amount of 30 % won’t be refounding for every cancellation, exept with a medical certificate wo constrain thi cancellation For every cancellation from 15 to 21 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount will be taken For every cancellation from 7 to 14 days before arrival, 75 % of the amount will be taken For every cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show, 100 % of the total amount will be taken. Every change during the stay will be charged like the original booking.
