Booking and cancellation conditions

For all reservations, a 30% deposit will be taken without refund.
For any cancellation occurring from:
From 21 to 15 days: 50% of the total amount will be due
From 14 to 8 days: 70% of the total amount will be due
7 days or less and no-show: 100% of the total amount will be due

Covid cancellation

For any cancellation related to government decisions, cancellations will be free of charge.
For cancellation due to individual contamination, hotel conditions will apply
We can offer you "Safecovid" cancellation insurance with our partner Gritchen
for an amount of 4.9% of the amount of the stay
